Position Responsibility
Provide expert guidance and support on statutory compliance matters
Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislations (Labour Law, Tax Regulations, Social Security Act, etc.) and communicate the impact on HR payroll practices
Maintain and update work documents through digital platforms to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Conduct trainings and assessments for internal teams to enhance the understanding of statutory compliance requirements
Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues and mitigate risks
Participate in compliance audits to identify and rectify compliance issues
