Our client required a system that was able to cater to changing policies such as shifting traditional overtime charges to compensation leave and variable claim types through a flexible benefit systems in real-time. This created multiple variables and permutations that would impact payroll accuracy and required intensive customizations to multiple user types and output.
As a long-time payroll partner of our client, we deployed implementation and client success teams to investigate and find out the detailed requirements and their business needs. We were able to reconfigure our payroll technology solution to cater for the complex daily payroll adjustment needs of the client
