Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for effective payroll processing within a Global Shared Services environment.

  2. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the payroll processing function in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  3. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.

  4. Prepare and submit reports in accordance with (SLAs).

  5. Prepare the payroll calendar.

  6. Update shift information and staff leave management.

  7. Participate in new payroll project implementation.

  8. Participate in user acceptance tests and mock runs.

  9. Validate payroll reports, preparation of bank files, pay-slips and statutory reports.

  10. Attend to employee and client payroll queries.

  11. Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/HR or any other field.

  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English required.

  3. Strong MS Excel skills, IT knowledge and/or global payroll experience would be an added advantage.

  4. At least 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Finance/Payroll.

  5. At least 1 year’s experience in pure Payroll processing HC 500 and above.

  6. Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, fast learner, independent and a good team player.

  7. Punctual, responsible in taking ownership of jobs assigned, ready to work under pressure.

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
