Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a similar field.
Job responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive research of the company’s payroll business processes to identify financial and operational risks.
Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and test team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
Lead project/change request testing phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
Suggest improvements to payroll systems and audit procedures to enhance the efficiency of payroll and time-tracking systems.
Develop and deliver training to the end users to educate them on system and strategy modifications concerning payroll processing.
Define application requirements by offering technical support on how to implement leading payroll strategies.
Mandatory Skills Sets :
Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
Experience with HR/payroll and employee self service processes and systems.
Proficiency in HR/payroll soft-wares for Asia Pacific countries.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in Payroll Operation / Payroll Application will be added advantage
Familiarity with applicable HR/payroll laws and regulations

Ability to work both independently and as a team member required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Documentation and reporting skills.
