Job Responsibilities:
To manage simple Change Requests (CR) through the CR lifecycle adhering to the defined Change Process.
Ensures that CRs have a clear requirement, a clear solution and are issued for impacting once the requirement and solution are clear.
To work closely with the assigned Manager to ensure that the CR's requirements, solution and associated impacts are clear and understood. To validate the impacts, identifying missing information and challenging responses where necessary.
To liaise with the client and the Client Manager throughout the CR lifecycle, especially the initial client engagement and once the proposal is issued to clarify any points of concern/uncertainty.
Provide regular progress reports as required by the Manager and Client.
Ensure each project is prioritized in line with client needs.
Ensure each CR Impact Assessment is completed to business, financial, technical, quality and time targets.
Ensure all CRs have followed the required approval process.
Ensure open communication with Manager on status and key issues.
To identify ways to improve services of the team.
Clearly document the solution in a proposal style format, outlining costs, technical solution and identifying key risks, issues and dependencies associated with the change.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in any relevant course.
Experience in payroll processing / workflow
Able to work in a team and follow dateline
