Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing RFI/RFP from clients
Customer relationship management
Customer Support and issue resolution
Presentation, sales deck preparation
Proposal preparation and submission
Contract review and liaison with potential clients
Mandatory Skill Sets:
Knowledge in Payroll Operation / Payroll Application/BPO (2 yrs min)
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work both independently and as a team member required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Ability to work discretely with sensitive and confidential data required
