Responsibilities
Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
Support help desk team / representatives and technicians
Set specific customer service standards.
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
Execute any relevant task assigned
Requirements
Help Desk Support, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Japanese and English languages
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience in IT support or related fields
Excellent interpersonal skills
JLPT 1/ N1 is a mandatory or native speaker
