Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.

  • Support help desk team / representatives and technicians

  • Set specific customer service standards.

  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.

  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process.

  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.

  • Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Execute any relevant task assigned

Requirements

  • Help Desk Support, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills

  • Customer Service and Communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Fluency in Japanese and English languages

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Experience in IT support or related fields

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • JLPT 1/ N1 is a mandatory or native speaker
