KUALA LUMPUR, 14 JUNE 2022: OS HRS Sdn Bhd was recently awarded Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Award at the 17th Employer Branding Awards 2022. Awarded by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group, Malaysia’s Best Employer Brand Awards gives due recognition to the efforts of companies that have demonstrated excellent employer branding through their human resource strategies, from talent development to talent innovation.

“The pandemic definitely tested human resources in organisations not just locally, but globally,” said Shawn Suresh, Chief Executive Officer of OS HRS “We dedicate this award to our employees whose dedication and resilience has been central to enabling innovation and growth at OS HRS.”

As an employer within the human resources industry, OS HRS values diversity and people-centricity, employing approximately 200 people across its offices in Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Bangalore and, most recently, Singapore. Our Singapore office is the result of our acquisition of Frontier e-HR, a pioneer in cloud-based HR and talent management solutions, which will accelerate our capabilities in technological innovation as well as addressing markets beyond Asia Pacific as well as the SME segment.
