Job Descriptions:

To manage simple Change Requests (CR) through the CR lifecycle adhering to the defined Change
Process.

Ensure all CRs have followed the required approval process

Ensure open communication with Manager on status and key issues

To identify ways to improve services of the team

Clearly document the solution in a proposal style format, outlining costs, technical solution and identifying key risks, issues and dependencies associated with the change.

To liaise with the client and the Client Manager throughout the CR lifecycle, especially the initial client engagement and once the proposal is issued to clarify any points of concern/uncertainty.

To validate the impacts, identifying missing information and challenging responses where necessary.

Provide regular progress reports as required by the Manager and Client

Job Requirements:

Diploma + at least 1 yr working experience (relevant to Change Request Management / Payroll processing), or

Degree in any related field

Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
