Project Manager

Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Coordinate both internal resources (can be onshore or offshore resources) / stakeholders and 3rd parties / vendors for smooth execution of projects

Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implement projects

Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs

Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner

Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders

Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation

Malaysian with minimum 5 years working experience system development projects.

Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery

Strong technical background and project management skill

Strong experience / knowledge in both traditional waterfall methodology as well as more modern Agile / iterative methods

Excellent client facing and communication skills

Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Certification on Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.) will be added advantage

Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with rapidly evolving targets.

Knowledge in ERP project implementation/application.
