Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for application design, development, support, and troubleshooting.

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Change Requests (CR) through the CR lifecycle and adhering to the defined Change Process.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Ensures that CRs have a clear requirement, a clear solution and are issued for impacting once the requirement and solution are clear.
